Warranty Policy
WATCH WARRANTY: WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO MECHANICAL ISSUES SUCH AS NOT KEEPING TIME CORRECTLY AND CALENDER TRACKING. THE WARRANTY INCLUDES TWO EXTERNAL SERVICES (RESTORING ORIGINAL POLISHES/FINISHES).
JEWELRY WARRANTY: THE WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND COST OF REPAIRING AS A RESULT OF DEFECTS. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR SUCH AS: DISCOLORATION DUE TO EXPOSURE TO CHEMICALS, MAKEUP, PERFUME, SWIMMING POOLS, HOT TUBS, AND BATHING. BENT, BROKEN, OR WORN PRONGS. CHIPPED OR BROKEN STONE; STONES THAT HAVE FALLEN OUT OF THE RING. BANDS THAT BECOME BENT/ MISSHAPEN. ACCIDENTS AND THEFT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
Return Policy
NO REFUNDS. WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE OR CREDIT RETURNS. I UNDERSTAND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT I DESIRE TO RETURN THE ITEM OR CANCEL THE PURCHASE.
